How it works
One kit per launch, checked against each client's rules.
Three steps, built for agencies and consultants running launches for more than one brand. We're building them now.
Step 01
Set up each client.
Each client gets a workspace with seven libraries: voice and tone, positioning, messaging, audiences, visual identity, product, and competitors. Start from a website, a PDF, or a paragraph, and the AI builder turns it into structured records. Approved claims, banned terms, and required disclaimers become that client's review rules.

Step 02
Build the launch kit.
Choose a kit type: GTM launch, rebrand, product launch, campaign, or custom. Set the launch date and the kit counts down to it. Add the copy, the posting guidance, and links to files that stay in the client's own drives. Tonika stores links, not files.
Step 03
Review, then publish.
Every asset is checked against the client's rules. Stops flag what's explicitly wrong, like a retired claim, an old product name, a banned term, a missing disclaimer, or a broken link. Warnings flag what could be better, like tone drift or overlong copy. Fix the stops, then publish the kit as a page that's private, password-protected, or public.
What Tonika leaves to your other tools.
Tonika doesn't write, publish, schedule, or report on campaigns. Your team keeps making content in the tools it already uses. Every link in a kit carries a UTM code, so results show up in the analytics you already have.
Client workspaces and the AI builder work today. Brand review, kits, tracked links, and publishing are in development and ship in stages.
